The 2017 AshFall Sauvignon Blanc comes from one of the most unique vineyard sites in Santa Rosa. The steep hillside vineyard sees little afternoon sun, which allows for a slower, more even ripening. Picked early to achieve razor sharp acidity, the wine leads with tart green apple notes giving way to flavors of guava and Asian pear.
